Mr Morris was the founder of Computershare Limited and
Chief Executive Officer from 1990 to 2006. He has worked across the global securities industry for more than 30 years.
His knowledge, long term strategic vision and passion for the industry were instrumental in transforming Computershare from an Australian business into a successful global company.
Mr Gillespie has over 20 year’s experience in the parking marketplace with a variety of sales and management positions. Before joining Smart Parking, he led the UK division of Xerox Parking Services where he was successful in running two business units providing hardware and software solutions to a variety of public and private organisations. Mr Gillespie was appointed Managing Director of Smart Parking in January 2013, and since then has led the Company in expanding the managed services business into NZ, Australia and Germany. As well, Mr Gillespie has overseen several acquisitions, to include Enterprise Parking Solutions Ltd and NE Parking Ltd in the UK, and more recently ParkInnovation in Germany.
Mr King is a Director of Mirador Corporate Pty Ltd, where he specialises in corporate advisory matters. Mr King is a corporate lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in domestic and international legal, financial and corporate matters.
He is an experienced director having served on the board of a number of ASX listed emerging technology and resources companies.
Ms Pearse has extensive commercial and financial expertise gained from a long career at global companies BHP and BlueScope Steel. She has served in a number of non-executive positions, including as a Non-Executive Director of City West Water, Monash Health, U Ethical (fund manager) and significant not-for-profits such as World Vision Australia and Scotch College. She has served as an advisory board member to a fintech based in Stone & Chalk and is an independent member of the Victorian Parliament Audit Committee. She has a Senior Executive MBA from the University of Melbourne, and is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
