Smart Parking works closely with parking operators who either own and manage a portfolio of car parks under their own brand, or who manage a car park for a client.
We understand the various needs of both multi-level indoor parking and outdoor parking, and as such can provide a customised solution that suits any site configuration or terrain.
Smart Parking has extensive experience in helping car park operators offer a first class customer experience for motorists parking at their site.
We recognise that providing an easy-to-navigate experience that clearly lets motorists know where to find available parking, as well as a clean, bright and safe site, means loyal customers and repeat business.
Smart Parking’s range of parking sensors is designed to cover most site requirements. Whether you need in-ground vehicle detection sensors, sensors that also provide guidance with coloured LED lights, or sensors that need to be surface-mounted so as to not damage floor membranes, we have you covered.
We also offer car counters, to give you a quick snapshot of exactly how many cars are on your site at any given time, and directional LED signage which can be affixed almost anywhere throughout the site, helping direct motorists away from congested areas to available parks without having to circle the car park in frustration.
Our car park management system is designed to be an end-to-end parking solution, but above and beyond that we've made it so that parking operators can link other sensor-based services within their site through our SmartSpot gateways.
This can range from offering free WiFi, to managing lighting cost efficiencies, to connecting a surveillance system all through the same dashboard.
Smart Parking has also fostered strong industry relationships, and has a policy of actively collaborating with other parking suppliers such as gate arm manufacturers, pay and display machine providers and enforcement organisations, to ensure we deliver the perfect solution to each site.
It’s been proven that motorists gravitate to a parking site that is well lit, well run and well maintained. By installing a SmartPark system you can have your customers drive on site with the confidence that their parking experience will be a positive one, and that they will safely and easily find a bay, as well as understand the tariffs and parking conditions.
Wilson Parking felt there was an opportunity to invest in the customer experience in our car parks, and one of our objectives was to include a sensor and guidance system. The LED guidance lights add a professional touch to the presentation of the car park and assist our customers in easily finding free bays. As well as ensuring we present a professional front, the SmartCloud platform provides us with full access to the information collected by the sensors, allowing us to view real-time site activity and build our own reports. The effort that Rebecca and the Smart Parking team put in to understand our needs and provide a working solution meant that we were more than happy to expand the project to include a wider portfolio rollout, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Smart Parking and their solutions.

Using our SmartCloudAPI interface, our tailored service pack provides you access to real-time information and events on your site.
These provide an IoT gateway in a single unit, allowing hundreds of different devices to connect and providing areas of open connectivity called SmartZones.
These display real-time information around space availability and car park capacity, as well as providing directions to encourage traffic flow.
Developed in-house, SmartCloud is our sophisticated, powerful and innovative web-based service platform that gathers and processes information.
We offer a range of sensors to suit the needs of different sites. These robust and scalable devices monitor bays and relay live status information to SmartCloud.
For parking sites where customers are either expected to pay for their parking or validate their vehicles presence on site we can provide vehicle access system hardware machines.
Smart Parking can provide mobile patrols where specially trained wardens actively monitor car park sites for security, aide and compliance.
